When you have selected your policy, entered your details and put your payment through, you will be emailed a policy confirmation. This contains all you need to travel. Your policy number and the Emergency Services telephone number. The Emergency Assistance Helpline provides multi-lingual assistance should the need arise.
Important - Pre-existing Medical Conditions
To ensure that you are fully covered for your trip, you must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or medication taken, to AXA medical screening before taking out a policy. If you are under investigation or awaiting tests at the hospital, this also needs to be declared. Failure to disclose a medical condition could lead to your cover being invalid.
